Cabin Innovations assets acquired by Yankee Pacific Aerospace, Inc.
Yankee Pacific Aerospace, Inc. of Rye, NH acquired the assets of Cabin Innovations, LP, Lewisville, TX on December 31, 2007, as Yankee Pacific continues to build its capabilities in specialized components and systems for aircraft.
"Cabin Innovations, LP, founded by Danny Wintz and Hue Tran in 2003, has developed an outstanding reputation for producing high quality specialized cabinetry for large cabin VIP interiors. We look forward to fully supporting the growth that Danny and Hue have in mind for Cabin Innovations and in bringing this experienced, proven capability to our engineered product family," commented Ken Goldsmith, Jr., Managing Director of Yankee Pacific Aerospace.
Wintz and Tran will join the management team at Yankee Pacific, and continue as President and Vice President respectively of the company, which will do business as Cabin Innovations, LLC. By becoming part of Yankee Pacific, Cabin Innovations will join sister Yankee Pacific companies Jormac Aerospace (www.jormac.com) and Executive Aircraft Completions (www.eac-yp.com) to offer complete engineered and manufactured interior systems to completion centers, designers, owner and operators of large VIP aircraft.
