For head-of-state and VIP customers desiring mixed-configuration floor plans, it assists completion centers with timely delivery of the completed aircraft. Using custom proprietary processes and algorithms, state-of-the-art engineering software combines with practical experience to facilitate true turnkey solutions for the BBJ/BBJ2 and 757/767.

VIP express provides Boeing customers with a fast build, fully-designed, engineered and certified interior for a custom mixed-configuration completion. VIP express completions can be accomplished within six months from the start of work.
Engineered using PERMITTM, Cabin Innovations' unique 3D solid-modeling software, our in-house cabinetry production and sister division Jormac Aerospace's exclusive Advanced Bin and Liner System, VIPexpress allows completion centers to go directly to the build process. Cabinets, galleys, tables, entertainment systems, lavatories and seating arrangements reflect design renderings and meet installation and certification requirements. Palletized systems and interfaces are also possible, reducing both component weight and completion downtime while improving reliability and functionality.
